At 3Legacies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help with returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please read this policy carefully.

30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible, your item must meet these conditions:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it (unworn, unused, undamaged).
  • Include all original tags, labels, and packaging.
  • Come with your receipt or proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

We inspect all returned items upon receipt. Items that don't meet these criteria may be rejected or eligible only for a partial refund (e.g., due to damage, missing parts, or signs of use).

How to Start a Return

  2. We'll review your request and, if approved, send you a return authorization with instructions and a prepaid return shipping label (for eligible returns—see below).
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it using the provided label. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Return Shipping

  • For non-defective returns (change of mind): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item qualifies for our free returns promotion (if applicable—check your order details).
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 5-7 business days of receipt), we'll notify you by email if the refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time (up to 5-10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval without seeing the refund, contact us at decker1970@gmail.com.
  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective/damaged/wrong item).
  • Partial refunds may apply for used/damaged items or late returns (at our discretion).

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us right away (within 7 days of receipt) at decker1970@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
  • We'll evaluate and arrange a replacement, full refund, or repair as appropriate, including prepaid return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
  • Custom or personalized products (special orders).
  • Personal care/beauty products (for hygiene reasons).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Gift cards or digital downloads.
  • Final sale/clearance items (marked as such).

All other items may be returned within 30 days per this policy.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item (following the process above) and place a new order once the return is processed. We'll issue a refund or store credit as needed.

International / EU Customers We currently ship only within the United States. If your order is shipped to the European Union (or you have EU consumer rights), you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel for any reason, subject to the same condition requirements above.
