At 3Legacies, we strive to get your order to you quickly and reliably. Please review the details below for information on processing, shipping, tracking, and related policies.

1. Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Order Confirmation You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. This email includes your order number, items purchased, total cost, and estimated delivery date.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and shipping destination.
  • Domestic (U.S.) Delivery Estimates: 3–7 business days from shipment (varies by carrier and location).
  • International Delivery Estimates: We do not currently offer international shipping.

4. Shipping Methods We offer the following options (availability depends on your location and order details):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (most common and cost-effective).
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (additional fee; subject to carrier availability).

We use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The specific carrier and method will be shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). We do not ship internationally at this time.
  • Certain products (e.g., oversized, heavy, or restricted items) may have additional shipping limitations or fees. If applicable, we will notify you before processing.

6. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Track your package directly on our website (via your account) or on the carrier’s site (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

7. Shipping Delays We aim to meet all estimated delivery times, but delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier issues, weather, high volume periods, or customs for any future international orders). We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

8. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is delayed or missing: Contact us at decker1970@gmail.com with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate with the carrier and assist in resolution (e.g., reshipment or refund if necessary).
  • If your package arrives damaged: Contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at decker1970@gmail.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you and the carrier to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

9. Changes to Orders & Cancellations

  • Address Changes: If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at decker1970@gmail.com. We will try to accommodate changes before processing/shipment, but cannot guarantee it once the order has shipped.
  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if not yet processed. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation. Contact us immediately for assistance.

10. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International – Not Applicable) We do not currently ship outside the U.S. If we add international shipping in the future, customers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges imposed by their country. These are not included in shipping costs.
