These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by 3Legacies (the "Store" or "Services"), including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services provided through the Store. By accessing, browsing, or using the Store, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. About Us and the Services 3Legacies operates this Store to provide a curated shopping experience. We are powered by Shopify, Inc. ("Shopify"), which hosts and supports the platform. Shopify is not a party to any purchase agreement between you and us—you are contracting directly with 3Legacies as the seller and merchant of record. All sales, fulfillment, returns, customer support, and compliance obligations are our responsibility alone. Shopify provides the underlying technology but has no control over or liability for our products, services, content, or transactions.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. Accounts To make purchases or access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

4. Orders and Purchases

  • All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders (including after confirmation) for reasons including pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or legal restrictions.
  • Prices are in USD and exclude taxes, shipping, and duties unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
  • Payment is processed through secure third-party providers (via Shopify Payments or others). By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge you for the order total.
  • Title to products passes to you upon shipment; risk of loss passes upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Returns Shipping times and costs are estimated and displayed at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control. See our separate Return and Refund Policy for details on returns, refunds, exchanges, and damages (incorporated herein by reference).

6. Intellectual Property All content on the Store (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is owned by 3Legacies or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 3LEGACIES, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION.

10. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3Legacies from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. You waive any objection to venue or inconvenience of forum.

12. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with the updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
